Camden Station is part of the Cleveland Avenue Initiative Masterplan, a comprehensive vision guiding the redevelopment of a 130-acre neighborhood in northeast Winston-Salem, NC. Camden Station, the second new apartment community by the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem as part of the plan, is a 30-unit townhome-style community. It will have 14 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom units, all with a front door at street level. Plans for exterior materials are brick, cement lap and shake siding, and architectural shingles with metal roof accents.

Camden Station is being built and will be owned by the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem.
