VILLAGE HOUSE


2007 – 2010

Depression and loneliness are huge problems in Senior Living settings. The Village House is a 32,000 SF community center that is designed to allow Penick Village residents to gather, socialize and enjoy fellowship, all vital in helping maintain a positive mental outlook. The Village House contains three dining rooms, living and social areas, a library, an art studio, a 24-seat movie theater, a commercial kitchen, and administrative offices. It also received LEED certification at the Certified level.
