WOODLANDS APARTMENTS


2007 – 2010

For many seniors, a low maintenance apartment makes more sense than a house or cottage. Located within Penick Village, the Woodlands are a 128,000 SF, 3-story building with sixty-nine apartments. Each has a private exterior balcony and dedicated heating and air-conditioning system, offering the occupants the privacy and comfort of an independent living environment while still being part of an active community. Completed in 2010, it achieved LEED Silver certification.
