Camden Station is part of the Cleveland Avenue Initiative Masterplan, a comprehensive vision guiding the redevelopment of a 130-acre neighborhood in northeast Winston-Salem, NC. Camden Station is a 30-unit townhome-style community with four buildings, including 14 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom units, all with a front door at street level. Funding for the community was provided through HUD Replacement Housing Funds, Federal Home Loan Bank, and the former BB&T.
